Service & support
Tell us where your centre is and what you run. The three plans price themselves against your numbers, so you can see exactly what each one covers and what it costs — before you talk to anyone.
Who we are quoting, and where to send it. Every field here is required — they all end up on the agreement — but you can price your plan first and come back to them.
The centre as your customers know it.
The entity that signs and is invoiced — repeat the centre name if they match.
Who we are agreeing this with.
Where the confirmation goes.
For anything we need to check quickly.
Where the technician actually goes. Street, suburb and postcode.
Sets your currency and GST — 10% in Australia, 15% in New Zealand.

Sets your travel costs. Pick the closest one listed.
Drives support hours and on-site service time.
String or freefall. The two are serviced quite differently, so this is the one that shapes your price.
So our technicians know what they’re working on before they arrive. It doesn’t change your price.
What the approach is made of.
The lane surface itself.
The ball return system on the deck.
Bumper or gutter system, if you run one.
The capping around the ball returns.
What you dress and clean the lanes with.
The scoring system on the front desk.
Scoring subscription. Leave out if it is pre-paid elsewhere.
Self-service check-in and top-up units.
Per-lane subscription. Usually all lanes or none.
Tick anything that applies to your centre.
How often a technician comes to you on a planned visit. Four is the standard.

The numbers above as a PDF, laid out the way our written proposals are, so you can put it in front of whoever signs it off. Downloading it sends nothing to us and commits you to nothing — it is the same estimate, on paper. If you have changed anything since your plans appeared, the second button emails you a fresh link to the current version.
Either way the link carries your plan — where you are, your lanes, your pinsetters, what you’ve chosen — so whoever signs it off lands on these same numbers. The link we email you also fills your own details back in, on whatever device you open it on. A link you copy yourself carries no contact details, because links end up in places you don’t control.
You’ve chosen the CARE plan for 12 lanes at $0.00 a month ex GST, on a 36 month term, starting a month you have not chosen yet. Your details are in step 1. Read the terms, tick to confirm, and we’ll have the plan running.
